Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process may vary based on role requirements. The steps outlined below are generally what you can expect when you apply for a role with WesCEF.

  • Find your next role

    Interested in a role with us? Search our job board or, if the timing isn’t quite right, sign up for job alerts and be notified of opportunities as they arise.

  • Applying for a role

    Found a role you would like to apply for? Prepare your resume and head to the job advertisement. Read through the job advertisement carefully, complete the online application form and upload your resume. If this is your first time, you will be asked to create an account. 

  • Interview(s)

    Interviews can happen virtually or face to face with the hiring manager, or other members of the broader team. Depending on the role, there may be more than one interview, and the interview process may involve a visit to our sites. 

  • Offer and checks

    If you are offered a role, we’ll need to complete a few checks including pre-employment medical screening, reference and background checks like police clearance, depending on the role. After checks are complete, we’ll agree on a date for you to start your new role. If you aren’t successful, signing up for our job alerts are a great way to stay in touch about future opportunities.
