VACATION PROGRAM
As a vacation student, you will have a real role, with real responsibilities and a workload to manage. You are part of the team.

With our head office located in Murdoch and world-class production facilities in Kwinana, you don’t have to work fly-in, fly-out to get the best hands-on-experience. We offer opportunities in the areas of:

Turn Theory into Practice
Our 12-week program provides an insight into the career options and opportunities across WesCEF. Our program provides you with an opportunity to:
- Apply your theoretical learnings from university to real projects
- Gain exposure to projects across different aspects of the business
- Experience a real work environment, and enhance your technical skills
- Be assigned a project that is meaningful and current
- Develop skills for your future, including leadership, communication, presentation and influencing skills

Our Vacation Program is typically advertised mid-year for summer placements commencing at the end of November.

TERTIARY CADETSHIP PROGRAM
Continue to learn through your final year at University
High performing students on our Vacation Program may be offered a cadetship with WesCEF, providing part-time employment.
GRADUATE PROGRAM
A real role, with real responsibilities
Following our Cadetship Program, high performing students may be offered a graduate position with WesCEF.
At WesCEF, our graduates are not there to make up numbers, they have a real role, with real responsibilities and a workload to manage. Our graduate program combines the challenges of working in our technically complex environment with tailored training, support and guidance to give you the best possible start to your career.
As a graduate, you will be on a structured two or three-year development program (depending on your career discipline), where you will have:
- Extensive industry-based exposure and on-the-job technical guidance.
- Opportunities well outside standard graduate roles, including project management responsibilities and leadership and commercial development opportunities.
- Experienced mentors who will broaden your business knowledge and support your ongoing development.
