The Opportunity

As an Asset Data Technical Officer, you will support asset management and master data for plant and equipment across CSBP and Kleenheat depots and production facilities.

Maintaining asset registers, functional locations, BOMs, preventive maintenance, reliability support and provide reporting to support safe and reliable operations.

The role maintains master data and governance across systems including SAP, JDE, Oracle and Inspectivity, and supports WesCEF projects ranging from minor plant upgrades to major capital improvements.

This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, asset or maintenance system experience, and the ability to work closely with engineering, maintenance and project teams.

 

About You

You have experience working with asset master data or maintenance systems in an industrial or operational environment.

You’re comfortable managing detailed datasets and understand how quality asset data supports maintenance, safety and operational performance.

In addition you will have:

  • Relevant trade qualification with extensive experience as a Tradesman with wide Plant environments.
  • Several years’ experience in a planned maintenance environment.
  • Exposure to ERP/EAM systems such as SAP, JDE, Oracle or similar
  • Experience in asset master data, maintenance systems or asset management
  • Understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance practices and data governance principles
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex datasets
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
