About the role
WesCEF is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our HR team and play a critical role in managing, optimising and supporting our Time & Attendance (T&A) system and related HR systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-driven professional who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
As the T&A Systems Administrator, you will be our functional specialist and subject matter expert for timekeeping rules, awards/EAs, pay conditions, and system configuration, providing critical support to payroll, HR, and operational leaders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert advice and support on T&A system usage, configuration and compliance.
- Ensure system alignment with the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements and organisational policies.
- Investigate and resolve complex system issues, data discrepancies and configuration challenges.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, change registers, process guides and training materials.
- Produce accurate operational and workforce analytics reports.
- Provide training and guidance to leaders and employees to optimise system use.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate system data and evidence.
- Champion continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
About You
- Extensive experience in an information systems role, with experience of HR based systems, within a large organisations.
- Strong background in HR, Time & Attendance or Payroll systems.
- Good understanding of HR functions and the requirements to optimise customer experience during process mapping.
- Advanced reporting and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, present and collaborate across teams.
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- High level of organisation, problem-solving and initiative.
- Excellent program and project management skills.
With stakeholders located at both our Perth CBD and Kwinana location you will need to be able to work at both locations as required.
