About the role 

We’re seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Systems Administrator to join our HR Data & Digital team.  This is a key role supporting the delivery of our HR technology roadmap  which includes current and ongoing investment in Success Factors as well as our payroll and time and attendance systems.

You will act as the critical link between HR, IT and external vendors driving system performance, data integrity and continuous improvement. You will ensure our Success Factors platform is robust, scalable and aligned to business needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Administer, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors suite with a focus on Employee Central, and related modules;
  • Maintain data integrity, governance, and system controls across HR platforms;
  • Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements, including testing and deployment
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution
  • Contribute to the shaping and delivery of the HR Technology roadmap, including new functionality and optimisation initiatives
  • Manage/triage enhancement requests, defects, and prioritised backlog; support release planning and regression testing.
  • Lead system configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to support core HR processes (hire-to-retire) in a scalable, compliant way, utilising AMS partnerships.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and IT to ensure end-to-end process integrity (data, integrations, security, reporting).
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate system data and evidence.
  • Champion continuous improvement across HR systems and processes,
  • Manage relationships with our Technology function including the ERP Project team, external vendors and support partners
  • Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and user guidance (which may include the identification and utilisation of supporting AI tools).

 

About You 

  • You are a proactive HR systems professional who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment which is focused on enhancing HRIS functionality, governance and user experience.
  • Proven experience administering SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central plus ideally 1-2 additional modules)
  • Strong understanding of HRIS processes, data structures, and governance
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and user support
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, present and collaborate across teams including HR and IT
  • Strong capability determining enhancement requirements and converting them into functional specs / user stories and system outcomes.
  • Experience working across HRIS ecosystems (Payroll and/or Time & Attendance), including upstream/downstream impacts will be a benefit.
  • High level of organisation, problem-solving and initiative which enables you to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

 

With stakeholders located at both our Perth CBD and Kwinana location you will need to be able to work at both locations as required
