About the role
As an Office Administration at WesCEF, you’ll be at the heart of our office, helping employees, visitors and suppliers feel welcomed and supported. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll combine reception, workplace coordination and administration to help keep the office organised and running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of the front-of-house experience while providing practical support across the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact.
- Answering calls and directing enquiries to the right people.
- Managing shared inboxes, mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Coordinating building access passes, keys and workplace records.
- Keeping meeting rooms, reception and shared areas ready for use.
- Liaising with building management, cleaners and maintenance providers.
- Ordering office, kitchen and stationery supplies.
- Supporting purchasing activities, invoices and P-card reconciliation.
- Coordinating employee uniform orders and responding to related enquiries.
- Providing general administration support across the business.
About you
You’re someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in delivering great service and can confidently manage a range of priorities including:
- Experience in reception, administration, switchboard or a similar customer-facing role.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and solve day-to-day problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
- Good organisation skills and with a keen eye for detail.
- A calm, patient and reliable approach in a busy environment.
- An understanding of purchasing or basic accounts administration would be beneficial.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet busy demands as required.
