About the role 

Take the next step in your HR career! As the HR Operations Supervisor, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Officers responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and advice across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data while managing and improving core HR processes.

This role is central to the smooth operation of our HR Service Desk (AskHR), acting as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), particularly in position management, internal mobility, and providing guidance on the interpretation and application of industrial agreements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a small team of HR professionals, coaching and developing team members to deliver a high standard of service and support.
  • Oversee the efficient triage, prioritisation, and resolution of employee and leader HR queries through AskHR.
  • Provide expert advice to leaders and employees on employment matters, interpreting industrial agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, movements, changes to terms and conditions, and terminations.
  • Act as the business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SuccessFactors EC, particularly position management, supporting users and driving continuous improvement in HRIS processes.
  • Manage HR data integrity and compliance, conducting regular audits and ensuring adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT to support seamless HR operations.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR reporting, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience interpreting industrial agreements, with the ability to provide sound and balanced advice to leaders and employees.
  • Demonstrated experience working in SuccessFactors EC, with specialist knowledge of position management and HRIS administration.
  • Experience supporting and guiding HR team members, including triaging, query resolution, and workload management.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, data integrity, and compliance.
