About the Role

We are hiring a Cloud Platforms and Identity Manager to take ownership of our Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity landscape.  This is a key technology leadership role where you will combine your extensive technical expertise and make a strategic impact shaping how cloud, identity and access are delivered across IT and operational environments. This pivotal role with influence and set direction, establish governance and drive change that is aligned to business objectives across the organisation.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Take ownership in delivering the full spectrum of the Azure platform.
  • Define landing zones, subscription architecture, RBAC, policy guardrails, connectivity patterns and cost optimisation
  • Lead and deliver secure, innovative and agile enterprise identity strategy and services such as active directory, Entra ID and Hybrid sync
  • Manage the governance and compliance of Microsoft 365 platform including lifecycle, sharing and service health management
  • Set the strategic roadmap and parameters for cloud and identity that is aligned to the business outcomes
  • Lead transformation initiatives across cloud, identity and M365
  • Lead and influence a high-performing team and cultures that is focused on continuous improvement and deliverable outcomes.
  • Kept abreast on current industry trends and insights to lead and promote continuous improvement goals across the business.

 

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Microsoft Azure certifications, or equivalent with management experience within a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading cloud and identity platforms in complex enterprise environments.
  • Competent across Azure, M365, Active Directory and Entra ID platforms
  • Strong track record delivering cloud governance, identity security and platform transformation.
  • Experience building scalable patterns, standards and operating models
  • Strong communication skills with the experience in influencing senior stakeholders in driving business strategic outcomes.
  • An innovative leader who can balance operational excellence together with a forward-thinking transformation mindset.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and cost optimisation techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence and mentor the team to drive positive outcomes.
  • Resilient, flexible and agile approach to meet business demands.
