About the role:
As Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding our customer operations, supporting teams across customer contact, billing and administration, accounts receivable, collections and workforce planning. You’ll help shape the direction of these functions, encouraging strong performance and positive customer outcomes. With a focus on service excellence, you’ll support our teams to deliver consistent, timely and uplifting experiences for our customers.
You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset, using insights and collaboration to refine processes, systems and workforce capability. Central to the role is fostering a culture built on trust, engagement and accountability, while maintaining strong governance, compliance and safety standards across all customer and credit operations.
Responsibilities:

Drive service excellence across all channels, lifting service standards and customer satisfaction.

Use data and insights to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities across processes, systems and workforce planning.

Oversee sales support functions to enhance conversion, onboarding and operational efficiency.

Lead collections strategy, governance and performance to meet targets while balancing customer and regulatory expectations.

Maintain strong operational governance, compliance and audit standards across customer and credit functions.

Ensure the right capability, capacity and cost structure to meet service levels and manage demand.

Build a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture; coach leaders; strengthen succession pipelines; drive engagement.

Embed WesCEF/Kleenheat safety standards and ensure compliance with OSH regulations.
About you:

Degree qualifications and/or a wealth of experience within a similar role with strong management and operations experience.

Experienced leading large teams and ensuring the team meets high-performance outcomes.

Excellent track record in meeting and exceeding service targets

Experience in managing costs, budget and financial reporting

Problem solver, innovative and agile thinker who can influence continuous change

Good time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Able to mentor, coach and lead teams to deliver positive outcomes and individual success

Flexible, adaptable and resilient to manage fast paced and business demands.
