Commercial analytics & insights
- Develop and own commercial models, forecasts, and business cases to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Analyse customer behaviour, pricing, offers, and lifecycle value to inform growth and retention strategies.
- Identify risks and opportunities across growth initiatives and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Stakeholder engagement
- Partner with teams across Commercial, Business Development, Digital, and IT within Kleenheat and the broader WesCEF group.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, commercially focused way.
- Act as a trusted advisor on commercial performance, trade‑offs, and growth levers.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Economics, Finance (or a closely related discipline)
- Strong experience in commercial analysis, strategy, or business analytics, ideally in energy, utilities, or complex consumer environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support new products, ventures, or growth initiatives from concept through to execution.
- Strong financial and commercial modelling capability (business cases, ROI, scenario analysis).
- Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Curiosity and capability to work with AI‑enabled insights and emerging digital platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments typical of innovation and growth initiatives.
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity for non‑technical audiences.
