About the role
As a Residential Sales Officer, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping WA households access the right natural gas products and services. You’ll engage directly with residential customers, retain existing customers, win back previous ones, and generate new leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer acquisition for residential natural gas markets
- Engaging new customers and maintaining current customers engagement with residential natural gas products and services.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance objectives
- Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism
- Contributing ideas and insights to support continuous improvement within the portfolio
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to drive sales targets and overall business outcomes.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Current and/or previous in sales and strong customer service capability within gas utilities retail market is high regarded.
- Previous call-centre experience is beneficial.
- Experience in working in sales targets KPI environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for being part of a high-performing, growing team
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools
- Excellent time management and the resilience to succeed in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
