  • Full time, 12-month fixed term role
  • Based at our brand new Perth CBD office

About the role 

As our Solutions Architect you will provide technical guidance across Kleenheat’ s systems landscape, guiding the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and sustainable solution architectures. You’ll work closely with technical leads, delivery teams, business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, strategic roadmaps and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting Technical Leads to define end‑to‑end solution architectures for applications, integrations and platform enhancements
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid)
  • Ensure solutions support and protect business‑critical processes, particularly those reliant on Oracle E‑Business Suite and Dynamics 365
  • Maintain architectural governance including design reviews and forums, decision records and architectural sign‑off
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solution designs and roadmaps
  • Provide ongoing architectural guidance throughout delivery lifecycles in Agile environments
  • Collaborate with vendors, platform teams and WesCEF IT stakeholders to enable cohesive delivery
  • Champion best‑practice engineering, security and architectural standards
  • Contribute to documentation, reference architectures and design templates
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and assess their applicability across the technology landscape

 

 

About You 

  • Tertiary education in a Programming, Computing Science or related discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Professional certifications in architecture, cloud or integration (desired)
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands‑on experience with integration architecture, ideally using Azure Integration Services
  • Experience working with Oracle E‑Business Suite and understanding of billing, finance or core operational processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / Customer Engagement / Marketing)
  • Strong background in web and digital solution architecture (security, APIs, scalability, performance)
  • Knowledge of API‑led and event‑driven integration patterns
  • Experience providing architectural leadership in Agile or product‑based delivery models
  • Awareness of AI/ML and automation capabilities, including Azure AI,Microsoft Copilot, Github Copilot tooling
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4)
