About the role
As we continue to make natural gas easy for our customers, we’re looking for a Business Sales Consultant to join our collaborative, goal‑oriented sales team.

In this varied and interesting role, you will:
- Cold and warm call business customers to understand their needs and prepare tailored supply offers.
- Grow and maintain your customer pipeline and portfolio.
- Develop and implement your own sales strategies to build a strong pipeline.
- Work with new and existing customers to identify and develop new business opportunities that enable growth and maximise margins.
- Use the CRM to maintain a lead register and report on prospect status across the pipeline.
- Prepare and present contract documents and customer proposals.
- Work with your Sales Leader towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Be part of a fun, supportive, WA home‑grown brand while still having the autonomy to work independently.
To excel in this role, you have:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or contract sales.
- An outstanding phone manner, with proven ability to build rapport through digital communication.
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of personal accountability, with strong follow‑through.
- An energetic, resilient and people‑focused approach, applying structure and discipline to your sales process.
- The ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment while delivering excellent customer solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills, with an understanding of commercial impacts.
- Ambition, self‑motivation, and creativity in your approach to work.
