About the role 

 

We’re seeking an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to take ownership of Kleenheat’s brand, campaign and sponsorship strategy. This is a key leadership role, driving awareness of the Kleenheat brand and customer acquisition. You’ll also deliver sponsorship and community initiatives that give back to the community and reward our customers. Working closely with Kleenheat’s digital and commercial teams, you’ll help shape how customers see, feel and experience the Kleenheat brand. Reporting to the Head of Kleenheat, you’ll be responsible for: 

 

  • Defining the marketing strategy and owning the annual planning cycle for campaign marketing, as well as budget management. 

  • Leading integrated campaigns that support acquisition and brand awareness objectives, including creative concepting and development, traditional media buying and campaign rollout.  

  • Being the Kleenheat brand guardian, owning the style guide and ensuring all materials developed by agencies and in-house designers adhere.  

  • Managing Kleenheat’s advertising, media and research agency relationships.  

  • Sponsorships and event activations, including contract evaluation and negotiation. 

  • Developing and managing major acquisition partnerships to support customer growth targets. 

  • Aligning offline and digital activity to ensure cohesive, impactful marketing outcomes. 

  • Managing and develop a high-performing team across campaign, partnerships and creative functions. 

  • Monitoring industry and competitor activity and recommend proactive strategic responses. 

  • Analysing performance data, report results and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. 

  • Leading continuous improvement across marketing processes, ways of working and agency engagement. 

 

About You 

 

You’ll bring a combination of creativity, commercial thinking and leadership excellence. Ideally, you will have: 

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field. 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or advertising environment at manager level, ideally in a consumer facing business.  

  • Strong knowledge of the Western Australian marketing and competitive landscape. 

  • Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to manage multiple marketing disciplines. 

  • Expertise in campaign management, sponsorships, partnerships and brand strategy. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills. 

  • Strong project management, budget management and analytical capability. 

  • A passion for creative storytelling, brand building and customer-centric marketing. 

  • High levels of organisation, autonomy and accountability.
