At Kleenheat, we make natural gas easy for West Aussies. As part of our SME sales team, you’ll speak with local businesses, build strong relationships and help customers find the right natural gas solutions for their needs.

This is a phone-based sales role combining outbound calling, customer retention and portfolio growth in a fast-paced team environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and resilient sales professional to join our SME sales team.

You’ll work with small and medium business customers across WA, helping them with their natural gas needs while growing and managing your own customer portfolio.

Success in this role comes from being proactive, confident on the phone and motivated to achieve results.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speak with new and existing business customers over the phone
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activity
  • Build and manage a portfolio of SME customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored natural gas solutions
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Help make natural gas “too easy” for customers through every interaction

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, contact centre or customer-facing roles
  • Confidence building relationships over the phone
  • A resilient, results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
