About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Administration & Service Officer (Senior CASO) to lead and support our high-performing customer service team for our Fertilisers business.
In this pivotal role, you will lead, coach and inspire Customer Administration & Service Officers, ensuring seamless end-to-end customer processes—from contract and order management through to despatch—while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, prioritise and delegate workloads to ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify training needs and support continuous development
- Coordinate daily activities including phone lines, inbox management and reconciliations
- Monitor team performance, accuracy and output using reporting and systems data
- Manage customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring accuracy across contracts, orders and invoicing
- Oversee appointment scheduling, arrivals and despatch processes
About You
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics and/or administration leadership
- Strong coaching and team development capability
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and/or D365 desirable)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
