About the role
We're looking for motivated and safety-focused Product Despatch Operators to join our Fertiliser Operations team in Kwinana for the 2027 season.
In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure fertiliser products are safely stored, handled and dispatched to customers on time and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with transport operators, farmers and internal teams, you'll play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience during one of our busiest periods.
Reporting to the Despatch Group Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely carrying out despatch and storage operations in line with site procedures and environmental requirements.
- Operating and monitoring plant and equipment to support efficient product movement and despatch activities.
- Contributing to product quality by ensuring fertiliser is handled, stored and dispatched correctly.
- Responding to operational issues and assisting with troubleshooting to minimise disruption to customers.
- Maintaining accurate plant, equipment and operational records using computer-based systems.
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet customer demand and production schedules.
- Conducting routine maintenance, housekeeping and cleaning activities across the site.
- Championing a strong safety culture and commitment to customer service.

- The ability to undertake physically demanding work, including manual handling and cleaning activities.
- Previous experience operating mobile or fixed plant, forklifts, loaders or other industrial equipment will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
