About the Role: 

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? Join our team as a Customer Sales Administrator and play a key role in supporting our sales team, customers, carriers, and distribution agents.

As a Customer Sales Administrator, you will be the primary contact for customers within your district, ensuring smooth account management and providing professional support across all aspects of their business requirements. This role involves coordinating contracts, orders, managing accounts, resolving issues, and assisting with pricing and service requests. You’ll work closely with Area Managers and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Full customer account management, including contract management, order processing and invoicing.
  • Act as a key contact for customers, carriers, and distribution agents.
  • Support Area Managers with pricing, quotes, and seasonal offers.
  • Coordinate product deliveries and liaise with carriers to meet customer needs.
  • Manage rebates, credits, and service requests.
  • Assist with system issues and maintain accurate customer data.

 

About you:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Dynamics 365).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively manage challenging situations
