About the role 

We're looking for an experienced AgTech Manager to drive the strategy, development and adoption of our AgTech products and services portfolio.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who combines a passion for agriculture with strong product management expertise and a desire to influence the future of digital farming solutions.

Reporting to the Agronomy Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development and commercial success of CSBP's AgTech products and services. You'll lead a specialist team while working closely with agronomy, sales, marketing, digital and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions that create value for customers and support fertiliser sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the AgTech product strategy and roadmap.
  • Managing and enhancing existing AgTech platforms and services, including digital products and mapping services.
  • Identifying and delivering new products, assets and services that improve yield, efficiency and sustainability for customers.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of AgTech specialists and analysts.
  • Managing third-party partnerships and technology providers.
  • Overseeing budgets, planning, governance and performance reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure AgTech solutions support commercial and agronomic objectives.
  • Representing CSBP at industry events, conferences and customer engagements.
  • Driving product adoption and customer value through training, support and innovation initiatives

 

About You 

To be successful, you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Business, Digital Product Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • Experience in AgTech and/or digital product management.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural systems and farming practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and key customer relationships.
  • Commercial acumen, analytical capability and strategic thinking skills.
  • A track record of delivering product outcomes and driving adoption.
